You Are Worth Fighting For is a 4-week self-defense course at Cappy’s Boxing Gym designed to build confidence, strength, and practical skills in a supportive environment. This program focuses on situational awareness, fundamental self-defense techniques, and boxing-based movement to help you feel safer and more empowered in your body.
Classes meet Mondays from 6:45–8:15pm on February 2, 9, 16, and 23. The course is open to all experience levels and emphasizes accessibility, community, and self-advocacy—no prior boxing experience required.
