  • Get ready to throw some punches and learn the fundamentals of boxing in just 1 hour! This class is designed specifically for those without prior boxing experience and is a pre-requisite for joining our regular Boxing Fitness classes.

    Our experienced instructor will teach you the proper stance, cover, and punches, along with all the basics you need to build a solid foundation of technique and form. Arrive 10 minutes before class to check in and get oriented to the gym. No need to bring any equipment; we've got you covered!

  • We’ve got a knockout workout for you. This 1-hour, non-contact class is perfect for people of all fitness levels.

    During class, you'll work on endurance, strength, technique, footwork, and proper form and alignment through a variety of exercises, including jump rope, cardio drills, heavy bag work, mobility, shadowboxing, and more.

    Don't worry about gloves - we have some for you to borrow. However, we recommend purchasing your own hand wraps, and we also have equipment available for purchase.

  • All youth ages 12-17 are welcome to start their boxing journey with us! These 1-hour, non-contact workouts are designed to help young boxers build valuable life skills and develop their boxing fundamentals.

    Our experienced coaches are trained to accommodate boxers of all skill and fitness levels and will help them work on conditioning, core strength, footwork, focus mitts, and heavy bags.

    If the legal guardian can't attend the youth's first class, please register online and sign the waivers prior to their first attendance.

  • Rock Steady classes are designed specifically for people with Parkinson's. Our program uses the mechanics of boxing to create an "arduous hour" of exercise, focusing on the specific symptoms of Parkinson's, including balance, stiffness, tremors, coordination, and soft voice syndrome.

    This non-contact class is the perfect way to challenge your body and mind and help you manage the symptoms of Parkinson's. With the guidance of our experienced instructors, you'll improve your overall health and wellness in a fun and supportive environment.

    Don't worry about gloves or headgear - we have those for you to borrow.

    No matter your level, you'll be matched with a partner who is right for you and train with a mix of contact and non-contact drills. It's a fun and challenging experience that will take your boxing skills to the next level.

    Don't forget your mouthguard! You'll need one to participate, and they're available for purchase in the gym for just $5.
