The Everyday Fitness Program offers you the opportunity to get in better shape every day doing everyday things.
Level I of the Everyday Fitness Program trains you to be aware of ten Everyday Practices. Once you assess what percentage of your day you engage in each Everyday Practice, you will be shown how to set drills during your day that increase your alignment awareness. If you think Sitting is easy, think again!

The Everyday Fitness Program is the investment of a lifetime. You schedule appointments at your own pace, and whether you complete one or all six levels, you will significantly increase your physical, mental and emotional fitness. Each level of the Everyday Fitness Program consists of four 1 hour sessions. As you progress through the program, you will learn to identify your Stress Levels and how to manage Heightened Situations with increasing ease. You will practice techniques that will help you put anxiety into Neutral, and you will learn to meet the challenges of Blame, Grief and Empathy. Ultimately, you will increase your ability to view Life as it is in the Ring, and you will increasingly live your life as your own adventure. Learning to Choose is yet another challenge you will address, but once you learn those drills, Shaping the Life You Want becomes a reality.
